Weekly Events at African Services

• Food Pantry
  Each visitor receives a one-week supply of non-perishable food items. Organic, fresh produce is available throughout the summer.
  Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Walk-in service.
  
• ESL Classes
  Free for students of all levels.
  Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 - 8:00 pm at African Services, 2nd floor.
  
• HIV/TB/STD Testing
  Free and confidential screening for HIV, TB, STDs, hepatitis b & c, and pregnancy.
  Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. No appointment necessary.
  
• Hospital Escort
  For immigrants in need of healthcare. Departing from African Services to Bellevue and Bronx Lebanon hospitals.
  Every Wednesday & Thursday at 9:00 am. Call to reserve a spot: (212) 222-3882.
  
• HIV Support Groups
  Weekly multilingual support groups for immigrants living with HIV.

  For men & women, every other Thursday 5:30 pm at African Services, 3rd floor.
  
• Independent Living Skills Program
  Life skills workshops for HIV-positive immigrants.
  Monday -Thursday, 12:00 - 5:00 pm.
