Jessica Greenberg joined the Legal Services Program in September 2011 as a legal intern. She returned to African Services in August 2012 as a consultant, then transitioned to staff attorney in February 2014. Jessica specializes in immigration and naturalization law, providing service to clients in a vast array of matters in the ASC immigration clinic. She is also heavily involved in immigrant rights, specifically immigrant service provider fraud.
Jessica completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. She also studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. While at the Hebrew University, Jessica interned for one year at the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, working primarily with West African asylum-seekers. Jessica continued her education at Pace University School of Law where she obtained her JD. In law school, Jessica worked as a student attorney at the Immigrant Justice Clinic of the John Jay Legal Services. Jessica is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and speaks conversational Hebrew.
